Why is KSEAB trending?
According to a report by News18 Kannada, a number of movies and posts have gone viral on platforms akin to Instagram, the place miscreants are allegedly making an attempt to mislead college students by claiming they will provide query papers in alternate for cash. The report additional states that some social media accounts are sharing blurred pictures, purportedly of the Kannada, English, and Mathematics query papers.
Responding to the state of affairs, KSEAB President Prakash Nittali refuted claims of any safety lapse. Speaking to News18 Kannada, he clarified that there was no leak of the Second PUC query papers. He described the viral posts as fully baseless and warranted that the training division has no cause to fret.
The Second PUC examinations will happen from February 28 to March 17. As many as 7,10,363 college students have enrolled for the exams, which will probably be performed at 1,217 centres statewide. To preserve transparency and forestall malpractice, webcasting has been made obligatory in any respect examination centres.
