Jannik Sinner returned to the winner’s circle Sunday on the BNP Paribas Open, claiming one other ‘Big Title’ within the course of.
The Italian defeated Daniil Medvedev within the Indian Wells last to earn his twelfth Big Title — a mix of Grand Slam championships, trophies on the Nitto ATP Finals and ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, and Olympic singles gold medals.
Sinner now trails his nice rival, Carlos Alcaraz, by simply three Big Titles. They each have gained one this season, with Alcaraz rising victorious on the Australian Open.
