Speaking of Sooryavanshi, the teenager recently won the Under-19 World Cup for India. The team, led by CSK’s Ayush Mhatre, defeated England by 100 runs in Harare last month. He recently participated in the DY Patil T20, where he represented DY Patil Blue. He smashed a 19-ball 58 to help DY Patil Blue beat Income Tax by four wickets in the quarter finals. However, Sooryavanshi’s team lost the semi-final to Mumbai Customs.

The youngster was seen exiting the Wankhede Stadium after India’s seven-run win against England in the semifinal of the T20 World Cup last Thursday. After India sealed their spot in the final, Vaibhav was seen outside the stadium, heading into a car post-game.
