The Enforcement Directorate on Friday (March 6, 2026) carried out searches on corporations allegedly related to businessman Anil Ambani and his group firm, Reliance Power Limited, mentioned an company official.
In an announcement to the inventory exchanges, Reliance Power Limited clarified, “This is in reference to various media reports alleging that the Enforcement Directorate has conducted raids at locations linked to Reliance Power Limited. In this regard, the company would like to clarify that, to the best of its knowledge, no such action has been carried out at any of the offices or premises of the company.”
The ED groups searched a few dozen places in Mumbai and Hyderabad. “The searches are being conducted against people linked to Reliance Power Limited,” the company official mentioned.
