Draft Population Management Policy to incentivise dad and mom having third youngster

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu launched the Draft Population Management Policy, whose goal is to boost the Total Fertility Rate (TFR) from 1.5 to an optimum stage of two.1, within the Legislative Assembly on Thursday, thereby reversing the declining fertility charge and put together the State for an growing older society by 2047.

To encourage dad and mom to have a 3rd youngster, he proposed an incentive of ₹25,000, noting that inaction at this stage would trigger quite a lot of issues like in Japan, Italy and South Korea with 1.2, 1.2 and 0.7 TFRs they had been going through.
