Goals stay the identical as Gill strikes on from T20WC absence
But Gill mentioned nothing has modified in his thoughts as he nears a return to aggressive cricket as captain of the Gujarat Titans within the upcoming Indian Premier League match that commences on Saturday.
“Honestly I am not the one to look too much into personal goals. I like to, whatever team I am playing for, whether it be for my country or for Gujarat, I like the team that I am playing for, I like them to win,” Gill mentioned.
“And that’s the place my private aim begins and that is the place it ends.
“So for me, I believe the aim would not change. Make my crew win as many matches as potential. Obviously, as a crew, if you end up enjoying, in case you are enjoying the IPL, you’re enjoying to win the IPL. If you’re enjoying a sequence, you need to beat the opposite crew within the sequence. So these are the objectives that I look ahead for.
“My personal goal right now is obviously to win the IPL. Once that will end, obviously we are going to have some other tournaments within the team, so my personal goals would change into that. And that’s how I like to look about my goals.”
