Air Canada Express Crash New York LaGuardia Airport: Air Traffic Told Truck Before Crash With Air Canada Express Plane: Stop, Stop, Stop

“Stop, stop, stop” is what the air site visitors controller advised the truck driver seconds earlier than it reportedly crashed into an Air Canada Express plane at New York’s LaGuardia Airport on Monday.

In an audio clip going viral on social media, an official was heard saying that “Truck 1 and company LaGuardia Tower are requesting to cross 4 at Delta”.

“Truck 1 and company crossing 4,” the official says.

The site visitors controller then asks, “Frontier 4195, just stop there, please”.

“Stop, stop, stop, stop, Truck 1, stop, stop, stop. Stop, Truck 1, stop,” the controller may be heard shouting in panic.

The crash then doubtless passed off seconds later.

The site visitors controller then asks “Delta 2603” to “go around”.

“Jet 646. Jet 646, I see you collide with a vehicle. Hold position; I know you can’t move. The vehicle is responding to you now,” the controller was apparently heard telling the pilot of the Air Canada aircraft within the audio clip.

NDTV couldn’t instantly confirm the audio.

The truck, a fireplace car, was reportedly making an attempt to cross the runway to get to a United Airlines flight. The United 737 Max declared an emergency on the bottom and reportedly requested hearth vans as a result of a wierd odour that was making the flight attendants in poor health.

4 Injured In Air Canada Express Plane-Truck Crash

The CRJ-900 aircraft, operated by Jazz Aviation, Air Canada’s regional companion, was coming from Montreal and collided with the truck on runway 4.

76 passengers and 4 crew members had been reportedly on board, and the pilot and copilot had been “badly injured”. A sergeant and an officer had damaged limbs and had been in secure situation at a hospital, as per stories.

Jazz’s CRJ-900 planes can seat as much as 76 passengers, in line with Air Canada’s web site.

The aircraft struck the car at a pace of about 24 miles per hour (39 kmph) at 11:38 pm (native time), in line with flight monitoring web site Flightradar24

Multiple photos and movies on social media confirmed the jet with extreme harm to the entrance of the plane on a moist runway.

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued a floor cease for all planes on the airport till 0530 GMT.

New York’s emergency administration authority warned individuals to “expect cancellations, road closures, traffic delays & emergency personnel” close to the most important transport hub within the borough of Queens.

“Use alternate routes,” it mentioned on X.

LaGuardia had already been affected by flight disruptions as a result of poor climate, the airport mentioned on X on Sunday.
