EQT, Partners Group & ITC Info eye a piece of Ashok Soota’s Happiest Minds

Private equity firms EQT and Partners Group in addition to IT providers participant ITC Infotech are within the fray to amass a controlling stake in listed software program firm Happiest Minds Technologies from its founder and chairman Ashok Soota, stated folks acquainted with the matter.
