Belagavi: The II PU examinations started easily on Saturday throughout the Belagavi and Chikodi instructional divisions, with 97% attendance recorded for the Kannada paper. Of the overall candidates, 33,174 college students appeared, whereas 1,026 have been absent. The DDPU confirmed that no circumstances of malpractice or copying have been reported wherever within the district.In the examination held at 41 centres within the Belagavi instructional district, 12,129 college students appeared, and 291 college students have been absent. The exams have been held at 54 centres within the Chikodi instructional district. Out of 21,780 college students, 21,045 college students have been current, and 735 college students have been absent.
Students have been frisked earlier than being allowed into the examination centre.
