Winona Ryder is sticking round Netflix.
The Stranger Things star has been forged in Wednesday season three.
The transfer reunites the Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands star with Wednesday director and govt producer Tim Burton, in addition to together with her Beetlejuice Beetlejuice co-star Jenna Ortega.
Ryder could have a visitor star function that’s being saved below wraps for now.
“I am so happy that Winona has joined us, she fits right into this world,” Burton stated in an announcement. “And she’s a dear friend. I always feel lucky to work with her.”
Creators and showrunners Al Gough and Miles Millar added, “When it comes to Outcasts, Winona Ryder is the GOAT. Her legendary partnership with Tim Burton has defined some of cinema’s most unforgettable characters. We loved collaborating with her on Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome her to Nevermore.”
She joins Eva Green (Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children), who was beforehand introduced as portraying Morticia Addams’ sister, Ophelia, within the upcoming season.
Wednesday season two debuted final 12 months and have become Netflix’s No. 5 most-watched English -anguage sequence of all time. Season one stays the streamer’s most-watched English-language sequence of all time.
