Vadodara: A nine-foot crocodile was rescued from the campus of Maharaja Sayajirao University on Sunday evening after it was noticed shifting across the open house behind the science college constructing.Volunteers from the Wildlife Rescue Trust (WRT) rushed to the spot after being informed in regards to the reptile’s presence on the campus. The crocodile was reportedly seen within the space for the final two days.Wildlife rescuer Yash Tadvi mentioned they received the decision late within the night and reached the campus. “It was a 9-foot crocodile. It was seen moving about in the open space for the last two days,” Tadvi mentioned.The rescue lasted for greater than an hour because the volunteers fastidiously secured the reptile to keep away from hurt to folks close by. The crocodile was later handed over to the forest division. The reptile had crawled out of the Bhukhi Nulla, a tributary of the Vishwamitri that flows by the MSU campus.
